Messages from library to email resonse workflow

I have a bunch of messages in my Library but I can’t seem to access them when creating an email in my workflows.

Any ideas of what might be happening?

Image of what I see.  I know there are messages out there.

In order for the messages to show up there, please make sure that they are labeled as a General Message type in your message library.

Here’s a picture of how you can create a message that will appear in the drop down your displaying in the workflow.

    I think there was some threads previously that mentioned that a message in another message type can’t be selected.

    Perhaps you might wish to check if the message in your library fit the correct message type.

    ​@gneuhsmt , could you please share a screenshot of your personal message library?
    In most cases, this issue happens when a different message type is being used.
