Hi,

I am receiving the following error while trying to integrate SuccessFactors (SSFF) with Qualtrics. I have already checked the credentials, and they are correct. I also contacted Qualtrics support, and they confirmed that the error is coming directly from SuccessFactors.

I have opened a ticket with Qualtrics, but I am working with a tight deadline, so I wanted to check with you as well.
Has anyone encountered this specific error before? If so, could you please share how it was resolved?

​@Erikahuer I know this doesn’t directly answer your question here, but have you considered integrating with SuccessFactors using Workflow > Stand-alone workflows and the workflow actions below?

On the SuccessFactors side all you need to set up is an integration centre report with all the column you’d ever want to use as metadata in Qualtrics for filtering.

When we implemented Qualtrics I was told by our implementation partners (Davidson) that using this method is much more versatile and future-proofed than the “Extract Employee Data from SuccessFactors” extension.

Completely agree with ​@bench here. 

The SFTP solution is so more flexible, both for getting data and for manipulating it before you send it.

Looking at the other topic I just replied to you on ​@Erikahuer it seems like you have made this work? But shifting to the SFTP solution might be needed for you anyway.
