Active Staff Filter

Edit: Both TERM_CODE and TERM_DATE are set as embedded data. I am working on cleaning up our directory for my school district. I have an SFTP setup and nightly upload of all staff. I’m trying to build a filter to see only active staff based on certain conditions. I have TERM_CODE and TERM_DATE fields, if they have a term code, they no longer work here and that is set to blank only in the filter. Regarding term date however, there are some with a future date for planned retirement, how do I filter out those that have a date in the past as of today (which will always be “today” to the system) and include those that have a future term date. There are some that have a term date, that also do not have a term code. So I can’t rely solely on that field due to past practices or lack of data entry. I thought this would get me what I want, but I still get staff that have term dates.

First, change your condition to ‘All of the following’.Also, does you term date hold value in dates or numerical value?
