I have a distribution list that is used for a single distribution, it is a survey after the customer unsubscribes. I have a segment since there are some rules the contact should meet to get the email, is there a way to automatically delete the contacts from the segment after the distribution.

As the contacts within segments are directly related to directory you can either delete it from directory permanently by using an API (Delete Directory Contact) or if you just want to remove contacts from segment there isn't a way to do it automatically you will have to delete the entire segment definition Delete Segment.
