Hello everyone,
I've been trying to upload some contacts into a directory using the "extract data from SFTP file" task and then the "Load B2B account data into XM Directory task". In the run history I can see that every task is successful but no contacts have been imported in the directory.
Does anyone know what the problem could be? It could have something to do with the mapping of the fields?

+27Hi, this is probably related to the mapping. Check if the mandatory fields as name and identifier are correctly mapped. Also check if the delimiter is set up correctly
