Query regarding Email Bounce Reasons

Hi,

 

Is there any support page / link where I can see what the meaning of each error that occurs in Bounced emails ? I checked in below link but my error messages in distribution should very different errors than the ones in link below:

    Hi ​@Neha Tank It mentions at the end of the help document you posted, “Contact Qualtrics Support if you need more information on why emails received a bounce status”.  If you’re getting error messages that make no sense and are deviating from the common causes, I would recommend trying support.  

    You can also try an internet/AI search of the error message you’re getting.  I’ve done this before not just for Qualtrics but with other platforms.  The results may give you ideas to troubleshoot or links to resources to check out.
