I’m wanting to use Qualtrics to send out a short SMS simply to instruct the recipients to download our app - but I don’t need/want to attach a survey to it… is there a way to use Qualtrics in this way?

@kgillis,As a workaround, I’d recommend creating a simple one-page survey that includes your app download instructions and a link to your app. Then, include the direct app download link within the SMS message itself as well. This approach ensures compliance with Qualtrics’ distribution requirements while still achieving your goal of directing users to your app.yep this is the best workaround given Qualtrics have recently made it a requirement have {surveyURL} in the body.
