We use to be able to remove segments within an embedded data field but I do not see this option now. Example: we were using American Indian and we updated this within Ethnicity to be American Indian or Alaska Native. Now we need to remove the American Indian from the data set.

    You can click Edit in "Data & Analysis" tab and make the changes in embedded data field.
    Or
    update embedded data field with desired value using API
