Has anyone’s workflow for distribution ever gotten stuck on the “Add contacts and transactions to XMD” for over an hour before? We made adjustments to the file we bring over and made all necessary adjustments, but since verifying everything is right with Red Pepper we ran again just to get stuck on this part.

I was told that it is a server issue and that there is high congestion causing the delay. Just in case anyone else is seeing this happen. 😊

I encountered a similar issue once when we added new data to the automation. In my case, the problem occurred because the sample file name was changed.

Even though the expected data fields were correctly configured, that minor change prevented the contact import into the directory from being executed.
