Hello Everyone,
Wondering if others have encountered this error when trying to access their Directory? and if they have a solution to avoid it in the future (refreshing the page, even multiple time does not work).
- I mainly use Chrome to access Qualtrics
It comes and goes for me (ex if i return to the directory in a few hours/next day), however can delay my efforts to pinpoint a client interaction and additional information required for followup.
