Hello Everyone,

Wondering if others have encountered this error when trying to access their Directory? and if they have a solution to avoid it in the future (refreshing the page, even multiple time does not work).

  • I mainly use Chrome to access Qualtrics 

It comes and goes for me (ex if i return to the directory in a few hours/next day), however can delay my efforts to pinpoint a client interaction and additional information required for followup.

@gdyczyak My colleague has just reported encountering the same problem for the first time ever early this morning. There may be a bug in the Qualtrics code or a flaw in the network.

Hello Everyone and @neil_carlson,

In the end, i was able to get back to my directory and all its information by clearing cookies and my cache on my browser.

I also found switching between browser helps (i.e. edge, chrome)

I am getting this error constantly last few weeks. Done everything possible with the Chrome browser. Yes, what worked was switching to Firefox. This has been a bit annoying when it happens closer to deadlines. 😂
