Has anyone else had trouble with Segments? My situation:

1. Created 20 segments from embedded data
2. Deleted the 20 segments and recreated 3 new ones
3. Added segment as a filter to dashboard

Issues using segments in the dashboard:

1. A week later, dashboard still shows the old 20 segments, which were deleted
2. When filtering on the 3 new segments, only about 5% of responses are reported
