Hi all,
I am Irina from Finland. I work for Hiab Cargotec and based in Helsinki.. Started my CX journey back in 2015 and started working with Qualtrics in 2016. I used to have the Qualtrics certifications, unfortunately they expired while I was between jobs, but hope to renew them at some point. I am a certified Salesforce admin and a CCXP.

I'm Dan. I work with the Center for Drug and Health Studies at UDel, and I'm a faculty member at Penn State Harrisburg. I work with Qualtrics on a range of efforts, from national surveys to student thesis data collection to in-class survey activities.
The answers that I find on this community pretty consistently help me accomplish any given Qualtrics effort. This place is a great resource. So first of all, thanks everyone for all the help you've given me in the past even when you didn't know it.
I can't imagine I'll have many answers for others in a general sense, as I'm no guru at any of this. However, there are a few annual surveys (such as the CDC's YRBS, Profiles, etc; see https://www.cdc.gov/healthyyouth/data/yrbs/index.htm) that are opening up to electronic or partially-electronic administration and lots of us are using Qualtrics in those efforts. If there was some kind of user group for those surveys I bet I'd be able to help out there.
At this point I think each state is functioning more or less independently, but I think we're all solving the same problems since we're basically doing minor variations of the same survey and they all need to be as consistent as possible. So if we could do that here I think we'd be able to get a lot more accomplished, and the solutions would be more easily available to others looking to incorporate electronic administration into those annual surveys.
My next step here, I think, is to ask about creating a group/subgroup/subforum/tag/whatever for the YRBS and maybe for Profiles in advance of the 2023/24 administration. If anyone has any suggestions or input on that, please let me know.

Hey everyone,
I'm Andris from Latvia. I just started getting to know Qualtrics. My daily responsibilities include advising companies on digital transformation of HR processes. Today's fast-paced business environment requires employees to act smart and think outside the box to solve day-to-day operational challenges and launch new initiatives and this is where the Qualtrics platform can be a good foundation for their initiatives.

Hello XM-Community!
My name is Emir Koldzo and I work as a service designer for Svenska Spel Sports & Casino. I have been around for the last 3.5 years and I'm working closely with the"Voice of Customer" and our products focusing on the sports segment.
We are right now implementing Qualtrics into our system so I just started to explore Qualtrics with my team and we are super excited. If you have any good advice on which "corner" to start, please share :)

Hello, survey people! I'm Rich, from Cal State University, San Bernardino. I've been my site's Brand Administrator for over 26 years now, and I'm in my 37th year here doing IT support. I started off installing the first microcomputer lab in the state of California (Apple IIe systems), then became the campus micro computer repair person for Macs and the original IBM PCs. After that, I moved into larger systems (Prime, Vax and Cyber) then IBM mainframes, where I did CICS and MVS programming. Now, I'm the primary Qualtrics support person for our campus, and I really enjoy it.
