Dr. Carnell will take us behind the scenes to discuss how her team leverages user experience research and data analytics to gather community feedback. She'll share how the City of Orlando develops and executes large-scale survey projects and uses data-informed recommendations to guide city leadership.

About the Speaker:
Dr. Stephanie Carnell is a Digital Service Designer and Delivery Manager on the City of Orlando’s Digital Innovation team. She holds a Ph.D. in Human-Centered Computing from the University of Florida. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and is a hobby linguist.
