During the first week of each month, we will post a new question, topic, or activity for you to connect with the community and earn a badge. All community members who contribute a thoughtful comment to this month’s discussion, between February 1 and February 28, will receive this badge worth 40 points.

The best thing about this community is how supportive other users are! It never ceases to amaze me how there are so many brilliant minds ready and willing to work together to solve a problem or come up with an approach!


I really love the Qualtrics Rank and Rewards Program! It makes the community building exciting and rewarding!!!

I love that Qualtrics is changing my school district through surveys and dashboards. 🙌

What I love most about the XM community is that everyone genuinely wants to help each other out. It's nice to see people taking time out of their busy days to log onto the site and provide assistance to strangers.


I absolutely love the engagement of the community and the way how users here are so helpful and knowledgeable.
Regarding the Qualtrics products, I am very happy with the functionality and with the ease of use. I used to do internal trainings for the users in the company and the basic survey functionalities were super easy to explain and understand even for those who have never done surveys. Of course, the deeper you go into the functionality the more complex it gets, but overall most users do not need to go that far in their everyday job.

Qualtrics is the most user friendly system I have worked in. It's easy to walk other users through the basics. I also love the great help pages that are available. I can almost always find the information I need there.
I'm new to the community and am excited to see what has already been shared and help where I can. Qualtrics truly keeps the experience in mind in all aspects of it's system and community.

The openness of everyone sharing best practices and their tips and tricks. I have been able to resolve numerous obstacles by researching what other users have used to meet the projects technical needs.

I love how Qualtrics keeps us connected to our customers in real time and the ease to which we can allow users across our organisation monitor CX performance. I am new to the XM community, but giving it a go to see what else I can learn about the platform to enhance our program 😀.
