Hi, I recently looked at my profile and I noticed that my points aren't displaying properly. When I initially click on my profile, it shows that I have 72 points, but when I go to a sub-menu, like notifications, then it updates to 85. I think I have more than 72 points at this point. It just takes a few to update properly. Don't worry: it will correct itself fairly quickly.

I have noticed this as well! It's definitely not updating on a continuous basis and doesn't seem to be consistent. I will often see no change after quite a lot of activity. Sorry I don't have an answer...just confirming that it's not just you. Hopefully someone from Qualtrics chimes in here.
