I have a current item where I am using autocomplete to allow respondents to type at least 3 characters and more easily find a choice among a long list of possible answers (I tried select2 but it was far too slow). The question works great, except that it allows someone to submit their answer even if it doesn't match something on the autocomplete list. How can I add this validation so that they must click an option from the autocomplete list before moving on in the survey?
