How can I access the loop & merge "row names" using JS?

I am using loop & merge. How can I access the row names using JS? Here they are 1, 2, 3 ... (note I am not interested in loop number)

Put the row numbers in Field 1, then use the piped field ${lm://Field/1}.

this is what I'll end up doing, but it won't dynamically update and match the results
