How Can we manage the Spacing between multi select answer for multiple Choice Question type

Dear Expert,
We have a requirement where we want to manage the spacing around the answer choices of a multiselect multi choice Question type.
However we don't have much of the standard features to manage it, Can any body help us out on the code front. The Arrows are the spaces which we want to control for specific questions only.
