We have a side by side question , it has 5 statement and 1 column with 11 scale rating. It looks good on a desktop view, however when viewed on a mobile we see a scroll bar. attached is a screenshot of the same. I want to use a mobilefriendly question without making any changes.

The only way to make it mobile friendly and fit the width in portrait mode is to check Position Text Above and write some JavaScript to make adjustments.
