Is it possible to add an emoji bar above the text box to insert an emoji in a text box? I would like to develop Javascript to add an emoji bar in my survey, so a participant can add an emoji to a text box.

https://community.qualtrics.com/XMcommunity/discussion/comment/44331#Comment_44331There are some instructions at the link I shared. You can add the css and js library to the survey header and you can load them from jsdelivr.com.
