I am trying to find ways to convert my survey export (json file) to be compatible with Qualtrics format. I saw that there was a way to convert it into RIOS format then convert it into the QSF format. Was anyone successful in doing so? My institution is moving from Checkbox to Qualtrics.

What worked for me was using an external converter that generates Qualtrics-compatible .qsf files straight from Word/PDF/image/qsf/advanced — for example, the one at https://piraiai.com/convert-now . It takes care of the formatting part automatically, so you don’t have to rebuild everything manually.
