I have a question where I have three choice groups. Is there a way I can randomize the answers within choice groups as well as the actual choice groups?

Randomizing within choice groups

If you click on the drop-down arrow beside the choice group title in your question and navigate to randomization, selecting the highlighted option below should do the trick

As an aside, if you need choices within choice groups to be anchored or exclusive within a group you might be interested in this.
