Trying to find a way to randomly select 2 multiple choice options out of 360 in a hidden question

Hello!
I am trying to create a question where participants receive 2 of 360 possible options, and are tasked with comparing the two. My current solution is to create one multiple choice question with all 360 of these options, and then use advanced randomization to select only two.

However, I am having some difficulty with (1) hiding this multiple choice question, and (2) piping these two randomized answers into a new question. Any advice would be appreciated!
