I need to create a graphic similar to the one below, on the survey, the questions were done by matrix that have around 8 questions and every cathegory (effectiveness, work engagement,...) is composed by 3 to 4 questions of the matrix.
I need to create a mean of each cathegory and compare the answers for every respondant agains the answers for a particular respondent and then have a operation of (mean-individual).

Any suggestions?

Yes I advise you to use the simple table widget with your key drivers in the row and media,eu,gap in the column. Use a number set in your data mapping for the key drivers (for each key driver make a number set in the mapping).
