Hi!! i have been noticing some delay in the ticket reporting page. I have a widget showing the number of tickets per owner and status, for the ones open and in progress. Many tickets already closed are still appearing there. Is there a way to manually update this page? is someone else seeing that delay?

Hi ana_velez_voce, you can check on our application status page (www.qualtrics.com/status/) for reports on any outages on the platform! This is the first place to check to see if your account may have been impacted.
Otherwise, please reach out to Qualtrics Support if you are experiencing a significant delay so they can address the issue accordingly!
