Recoded Date results not consistent between dashboards and stats IQ...

I am currently running into an issue - when I trend the variable recorded_date (by month) in the dashboards, it is not matching the monthly trend in Stats IQ (despite the totals matching). Anyone have any thoughts as to why this may be happening and how to rectify it? Thanks!!

    Hi!! i have seen this caused because the overall dashboard timezone is set to a different time zone then the responses. You can select the timezone for the dashboard in the bottom of one of the pages, you have to be in edit mode to be able to change it

    Hi Ana,

    I'm also running into this issue but changing the timezone didn't help. Our respondents are from all over the world, is this why the issue is still happening for us?
