We have a requirement to display the count of surveys triggered across different channels on the dashboard.
- We are using personalized links for survey distribution.
- We have an embedded data field called CH.
- If the survey is sent via WhatsApp, the CH field is stored as "WA".
- If the survey is sent via Email, the CH field remains blank.
Requirement:
We would like to create dashboard widgets to display:
- Count of surveys triggered via WhatsApp
- Count of surveys triggered via email

How to handle the Email channel condition (since CH is blank)?
