Early Access Champions, we heard you!
We’re excited to announce a pilot program that lets customers earn Experience Community points for participating in Early Access! This pilot will test the program’s effectiveness and apply to a single capability (TBD). We will announce the selected capability after X4 (March 31). Participation will involve actively using the capability and completing a short survey. Your usage and feedback will help us ensure the capability meets your needs.
In order to earn points:
- You must be a member of the community. Your work email must match the email you use for both your community membership and for preview access. Instructions to enroll in the community.
- For the surveys: We require a detailed survey from you—it doesn't have to be long, but should be concise—outlining any suggestions and enhancements. Please refer to this page for feedback practices. We look forward to hearing about your experiences!
- After the end of the Early Access Group, we will grant you points 2 - 3 weeks after the pilot.
- The capability you are able to access are dependent on your license.
