I want to update my Parent-Child Hierarchy by uploading a file with the up-to-date metadata pairings, but when I perform the upload, the hierarchy metadata isn't changing. How do I get this to work?

Make changes to your participant file and update your participant list with that file. In the Participants tab, select Add Participants and then Import Participants and browse for the file. Before clicking Import, select More Options in the bottom-left corner. Switch Update Responses with new Metadata to Yes and now select Import. This should update the responses in your dashboard and your hierarchy as well.
