Dr. Katie Johnson is a researcher and higher education strategist, helping colleges and universities transform stakeholder feedback into measurable action. She draws on her background in research and consulting to help leaders tackle complex issues, from student retention to workforce alignment.

Patrick Mahaney is a solution engineer with Qualtrics, supporting all of Education. Patrick has 15 years in K-12 education as a former teacher, instructional coach, and school administrator.
