Hello everyone! I'm Scott, and I've been a Customer Success Associate at Qualtrics since August 2022. Currently, I have the privilege of working with over 50 amazing FSI customers, providing personalized consulting and creating valuable resources like newsletters and articles specifically tailored for the FSI industry.

I graduated from the University of California Santa Cruz with a bachelor's degree in business management economics.

I'm thrilled to have this community as another platform for our FSI customers to directly connect with each other, exchange ideas, and provide mutual support.

Hey everyone!

My name is Noah and I’m a Customer Success Senior Associate at Qualtrics supporting our financial services clients, based out of our Seattle office. I’ve been with Qualtrics since February 2022, and previously worked as a recruiter for our customer success team. When I’m not working, I’m busy climbing rocks and enjoying Washington’s great outdoors!

Hi Team, I am excited to see this Financial Services Group get started.  I am another Scott, so happy to be in good company @Scott Tomlinson. 

I currently work for for one if the major banks in Australia, having previously worked across a few different financial institutions using Qualtrics.  In a sense each org has used Qualtrics in a similar way to capture customer feedback and share insights across different organisation levels.  We also use ticketing across frontline teams, and focus in on any areas of relationship managed customers where continual feedback mechanisms are key enablers of relationship building.  

My particular focus and the thing that drives me is how I can influence and ensure action is taken on feedback and insights to make customer experience better across all organisational levels, as without action there is no point capturing feedback. Whilst I think we do good work here, it’s always an area with more opportunity. I am hopeful this group will inspire me to see different ways to incorporate the tech to do more of this and reading how people are using Qualtrics typically helps spark new ideas.

Hi everyone, I’m Elie

I work as Solution architect at SOM, a Qualtrics partner in Canada (Quebec).

We works with some of the major financial groups in Quebec and Canada to help them implementing their customer and employee experience program within the Qualtrics platform and we also provide expert counselling.

When I’m not solving problems for my own customers, I like to check for new challenges in the community forum to help others and improve my skills at the same time !
