Hello,
My name is Melody Visser and I am the Quality Experience Manager at Integral Care, the largest provider of mental health, substance usage and IDD services in Austin, Travis County Texas. I have been using Qualtrics for several years to gather satisfaction data from clients, staff and providers of services to the agency. We continue to expand our usage of Qualtrics for data to answer the tougher questions about the effectiveness of our programs for our clients. We also use Qualtrics to empower the voice of our customers to educate us and to help guide us in future directions for the agency.
I am a Certified Manager of Organizational Excellence through ASQ, trained in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and have been in ISO Internal Lead Auditor. Although I have worked manufacturing the majority of my thirty plus years, quality in services for the past nine years has had its interesting challenges. I hope to share experiences and learn from you all.

Hello everyone! My name is Amanda and I am the Resource Management Analyst for the Education staff of the Kentucky Board of Nursing as well as our Qualtrics Brand Administrator. We use Qualtrics for internal surveys (onboarding, exit interviews, employee engagement surveys, etc.), customer satisfaction surveys, exit interviews for our monitoring participants when they complete the program, and for education. We use Qualtrics in education more than any other area. Before we conduct a site visit to a program of nursing, we send out surveys to the program faculty, staff, and students requesting honest feedback before the site visit starts; we use it for continuing education quizzes after training, to solicit information from program administrators, and each year we conduct an annual report survey of all nursing programs.

Hello everyone. I work as a data analyst for BAE Systems, a defense contractor. I have been a Brand Admin for our Qualtrics rogram for close to a year and a half. Qualtrics is now our primary measuring tool for employee experience. I’m looking forward to sharing best practices with everyone.

Thanks @PeterMc for letting us know about the merger of the government groups. I’m happy to introduce myself here and look forward to some insightful discussions here.

I’m Adam, a contracting Analytics Lead at the National Library of Medicine, the world’s largest biomedical library and one of 27 institutes at the US National Institutes of Health. My team leads analytics and insight generation -- including customer experience research -- for a range of digital products that account for nearly 10 billion annual pageviews. It goes without saying that this is an extremely challenging time to work in the federal government, but I consider it a privilege to make sure that objective health information is getting to the people who need it. I do think that CX can be a critical enabler of how people look to government agencies like NIH, NOAA, CDC, BLS, and so many other essential institutions that the private sector simply cannot provide because it’s not profitable at scale.

I also teach the Visualization in Practice course in the graduate data analytics and visualization program at the Maryland Institute College of Art, one of the nation’s oldest art schools. Especially now, when people encounter information through infographics and charts more than white papers or spreadsheets, visualization is a critical enabler of showing the public what matters.

I look forward to meeting all of you!
