As an economic development organization, my survey work is sent to 1) Businesses or 2) In-state communities. We're looking at launching a new Voice of the Citizen effort, and I'd love to see examples from other government organizations!! Specifically as it relates to perceptions of the economy, their sense of economic opportunity, etc..

Thanks, Kate : I'm very glad to see what you find here because I could see my organization undertaking a similar effort at some point. We are increasingly interested in making sure that underserved populations have access to health and medical information, so the quality of our outreach is important to measure.
At this point though, rather than a VoC effort, we are measuring the quality of the customer experience for the range of digital products and services that we offer and manage. So being product focused, we are less about perceptions of the overall environment. That said, at some point we may ask questions along those lines. I look forward to continuing the discussion!

Kate We've also launched a CX program that includes voice of the customer and a resident panel we're constantly growing. Similar to AdamK12 , our CX program was designed to measure trust and satisfaction from as many services our city offers, as possible. With COVID, we've also started reaching out to residents and business alike to get a "pulse" on trust, perceptions on the state of the city, getting back to work, safety and such. We hope to continue doing more of the "pulse" type surveys in addition to our "always on" CX survey. Feel free to message me if you'd like to exchange ideas on the business-related surveys.
