Past surveys lost

Were they deleted? 

If so, I would reach out to Qualtrics support as they’re great at troubleshooting 😃

I second ​@bench, if you need to see information on your Brand Administrator:

1.Click on the drop-down menu next to the XM logo in your account.

2. Click on the gear icon that says Admin.

Click on the Organization settings tab at the top of the screen:

Under General, third section down you’ll see your Brand Admin’s email address.

​@NichMark , I recommend reaching out directly to the Qualtrics Support team to recover your survey projects. They should be able to restore both the survey and the associated data.
