Restricting Access to Results in Shared Survey/Template

Greetings,

I need to create a survey or template that will be shared amongst a couple of different professors/departments but restrict it so they can only view the results for their own specific department. How can I go about doing that? I was playing around with collaborate and I saw a similar question posted on the boards but it was for CX and EX, but not XM. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!!!

Hi @pamelalbeck,

You cannot restrict access to raw data in the survey project.

There are a couple of options to share the results:

Manual extract of survey data (in any format) and removing columns for each of the professors
Dashboard or report with data restriction, as proposed by @Linda_charlton (you will need to create a specific role for each access)
Creatind distinct datasets for each use case and each of your users should be able to use the specific dataset in a dashboard. Note that this is a new feature maybe not yet deployed in each licence (https://www.qualtrics.com/support/vocalize/mapping-cx-dashboard-data/data-page/creating-a-dashboard-dataset-cx/)
