Hi All, do we have any template in Qualtrics workflow to update the data in Qualtrics XM Directory on Directory contact level instead of Contact list level.

As far as I know, it doesn’t exist. We’ve been using web service tasks with Qualtrics’ API to update contact information directly in XM directories.

Thanks for your response. Yes, I have that XMD task. But contact list is also required in this task.
