Crosstabs disappeared?

Firstly, apologies for not posting on the Stats iQ board. It's currently being inundated with spam (7 pages of it) and this is a relatively urgent query, so I don't want it to get buried.
My company has a site licence for Qualtrics. One of our users has reported that the Crosstabs option has disappeared from the Data & Analysis tab. Has this been moved elsewhere/is it now part of the Stats iQ addon?

I don't know if there are differences from one license to the next, but I still see the Crosstabs option in my organization's license. Do you have a brand admin? Perhaps that permission was disabled for some reason for that user's account by the brand admin?

Crosstabs are showing up for some but not others, regardless of ownership (e.g. I can see crosstabs on some surveys I'm NOT the owner of, but not on some that I AM the owner of). This leads me to think it's not an issue of individual permission issue? I'll ask our brand manager to take a look regardless.

I have the same problem. I do not see Cross Tabs as an option under Data & Analysis.
This is a basic requirement.
Could Qualtrics comment please

Hi there, we ran into this as well with our license. Towards the beginning of 2021, Qualtrics repackaged Crosstabs so that it is included only with the purchase of StatsIQ.
