Min and max value wrong in a likert scale
Hi, I have a question that's on a scale of 1-7. However, when i add a statistical table - the min value displays as 8 and max as 14. They should be 1 and 7 respectively. Not sure what's wrong and what I can do to fix it.

Did you check that the recode value in survey editor is correct?
Sometimes if you've edited (added/deleted) punches as you add the value in the field just keeps incrementing. That is the first place I would check to make sure the numbers are right:
1) Survey editor
2) Go to the question that is causing a problem
3) Click on the setting wheel to the left of the question
4) Choose Recode Values
5) In the pop-up check Recode Values and it will reveal the number associated with each choice. You can then manually overwrite these values.
