Many Qualtrics users like to know what other users in their field are utilizing Qualtrics to accomplish. Below are five ways K-12 districts are using Qualtrics to gather feedback from students, stakeholders, staff, and more!

  1. Strategic Plan Dashboards – Display public-facing dashboards on your website or a parent portal, or share internally with a board and/or senior admin team. (Keep in mind who your primary audience is).
  2. Stakeholder Engagement Surveys – Prioritize stakeholder feedback to gain insights into factors that impact staff morale, student experience, community engagement, and more.
  3. Onboarding/Exit Surveys – Collecting feedback during candidate, onboarding, and training phases of an employee's career employee engagement program can significantly impact teacher retention rates to understand areas for improvement.
  4. Historical Data Migration and Visualization – Import and compare historical data into Qualtrics by extracting data via STFP and/or static csv uploads. Visualize this data and new qualitative or quantitative data that you gather over time.
  5. HR/Travel Request/ Attendance Forms – Set up basic request forms or attendance forms. As highlighted in the QSF Libary.
