Hope your start of the school year is going well. As we start kicking things off for this upcoming year, I’d like to understand your current processes for how you do a ‘refresh’ of information within Qualtrics. For example, to keep up-to-date information in the directory, do you do a complete purge of the directory and re-import with your student information system? Do you have a way to segment out specific individuals to keep information up-to-date? What would be your current process for updating past and current projects (i.e surveys, dashboards, ticketing groups, etc)?
