Hello! One of our incoming private K12 partners is looking to use Qualtrics to conduct NPS studies with their current parents. They'd love to connect with a K-12 peer to learn more about how you all launched a similar project.

Our schools have been collecting NPS data from parents for several years now. We capture an NPS response in almost every one of our “how satisfied are you with...” survey, from their enrollment experience, to how they interact with our SPED or HS departments, to a sort of exit survey when they are no longer enrolled with us. We also collect NPS data from staff and use that number as a metric to monitor staff satisfaction.

I would love to connect!

We are a group of personalized learning public charter schools, not private.

Hi Kirstine! Thank you so much for the quick reply. My colleague, Chase Barney, and I will introduce you to them. What would be the best way for them reach out?

Hi I'm interested in connecting too. We work with a network of k-12 Jewish Day schools and are looking to benchmark net promoter scores from parent satisfaction surveys.

In the Franklin Public Schools (Wisconsin), we currently survey our employees, students and families.

Our students and employees get pulse surveys in early October and late January.    We give full surveys to all three groups in late May/early June.   For the students we only do NPS for our middle and high school students.

This results in 3 NPS scores, one for each group.     This summer we created an “NPS Dashboard” where we brought in all of the NPS data from each group into a single dashboard.   This allows us to track all 3 NPS scores plus a “combined” NPS data point in one spot.

Our next step is to build in a community survey (with NPS score), however our first attempts at this have not yielded enough responses to make the data useable.

In my district (Mequon-Thiensville, Wisconsin) we survey our employees and families.

Our employees receive pulse surveys in the fall and winter and then a full Employee Experience survey in the early spring.  Our families receive surveys in the fall and spring.  Surveys for employee and families have items to measure NPS with follow up questions based on the NPS score.  We have used these surveys for the last 4-5 years.  I’m happy to share additional details!
