Randomly ran across this when trying to find multiple ways to define “college and career ready” and thought others might like it (especially to adapt to be a bit more student-centered).

Block 1 shows the original survey, link to the Research Article (also here), and my changes from the original survey. I think I am going to adapt even more to add more student-friendly language.
Block 2 is the actual survey with the Recoded Values for “reverse-scoring” mentioned in Block 1’s screenshot of the survey instrument.
(NOTE: Can’t remember where I found this and I don’t think it was behind a “paywall” or has any restrictions, so you just might want to cite the research article if you use it.)
