We sent out a 7-question survey to students in December. We used emails to distribute to Middle and High school, and an anonymous link with authentication for Elementary school - this way we could capture demographic information about student responses (via embedded data in XM Directory)
Fall_2020_Student_Pulse_Survey_-_Copy_for_Qualtrics.qsf. A couple of the questions are the same questions we ask during our annual student engagement survey. We also tailored some questions around building-level and in-person students.
