Our district has an annual training for principals where they can learn about the data available to them about their campus. We have quite a few different data sources for them to use, most of which need to be accessed with district credentials. Our department created this asynchronous training module so that they could test their access to each of the websites and learn more about how they are used. The QSF is a simplified version of what we use. I record how-to videos and include them in the module. If the principals indicate they have an issue accessing any of the sites, we have used workflows to send emails to the appropriate departments so they can help them out.
While this is a specific way that we use this particular Qualtrics survey, it could easily be adapted for other modules as needed.
