Distributions

Complaint Metrics in Distributions: Spam rate statistics for each email distribution are now displayed in the Distributions tab. Spam rate is the ratio of complaints received to the number of emails sent for a given distribution, and is calculated for each email provider. The Avoid Being Marked as Spam support page has also been updated with information and best practices for avoiding complaints.

Delegate Updates: You can now import up to 100,000 delegates into an org hierarchy. The UI for importing, exporting, and managing org hierarchy units has also been updated.
Location Experience Hub

Multiple Instances of Apps: You can now configure multiple instances of Qualtrics apps.These apps can then be shared with different groups of users that may have unique needs. Multiple instances are currently only available for the Location Experience Hub.

Custom Sampling: Now when you set up a Pulse program, you can decide to manually assign participants to each survey.
Qualtrics App in Salesforce

Custom Domains in the Qualtrics App in Salesforce: You can now send surveys from the Qualtrics App in Salesforce by using a custom “From” domain.

Moderated User Testing Updates: You can now generate a live stream link for Moderated User Testing interviews. Outlook calendar sync is also now available when configuring your project.

Data Isolation for Video Editor: The Video Editor tab is now available for data isolated brands.
Survey Platform

Calendar Question: New question type allows users to input a date and time using a calendar in the survey.

Compatibility Filter in Themes: You can now configure whether a theme is available in the new survey taking experience, legacy experience, or both.

Pick, Group, & Rank Question: This question type is now available in the new survey taking experience. The “Stack items” and “Stack items placed in groups” formatting options are no longer available for this question type.

Unmoderated User Testing Updates: When reviewing a live website, users will now engage with a task pane that automatically opens on top of the live website. When setting up unmoderated user testing questions, you can now reorder tasks and edit them with the rich content editor.
Text iQ

Brand Topics: You can now save Text iQ topics as a brand topic model. This allows the model to be used by any user in your license, helping to standardize text analysis across projects. After importing a brand model, you can customize it for your specific analysis.
Workflows

Experience ID Change Event: You can now initiate a workflow whenever an email or SMS message bounces in a specific mailing list or in a directory.

Run Now for Event-Based Workflows: Event-based workflows can now be run immediately. You can enter sample data or automatically generate test data to be used in the task run.

XM Directory Event App: The XM Directory Event App (AKA the XM Directory Funnel Event) is being deprecated on June 30, 2025. See this linked guide on how to retain functioning workflows once this feature is removed.

Digital Experience Analytics: This feature is now organized in one easy-to-navigate tab, where you can set up, customize data collection, and preview session data for session capture.

Intercepts Settings: A new page that houses project-wide intercept settings, such as intercept testing, single page application, and XM Directory connection.

Website Insights Statistics: Project-wide statistics have been moved to a different location in the project.
