Administration

  • Activity Logs: Brand Admins can now audit more actions taken by their users across the Qualtrics platform. In addition, the user interface has improved to make identifying and exporting log data easier than ever.

  • Customer Success Hub: The new Billing Details page is available to all Brand Admins. Here, you can view security and privacy documentation, and seek English-language support for quote and invoice questions.

BX

  • Brand Health Tracking (Basic): This guided solution is a reduced version of the classic Brand Health Tracker program. It enables you to understand how your brand stacks up against key competitors on key KPIs like awareness, usage, and equity.

  • Deprecation of Spotlight Insights (BX): Spotlight Insights for BX Global Brand Tracker Programs and related dashboards have been deprecated.

Dashboards

  • Dashboard Updates: This update improves the dashboard editing experience for CX, EX, and Results Dashboards. You can now add dashboard elements anywhere within a dashboard page, duplicate items underneath the original item, hover over a widget to open additional editing options, and have rich text editor widgets automatically adjust their height to fit your dashboard content.

Workflows

  • Deprecation of Email Received Event: The “email received event” has been removed from the platform. You can no longer use this feature in new workflows, and existing workflows with this event have been removed.

  • Importing Curl to Web Service Tasks: Web service tasks now let you import curl commands, which populate the task configuration automatically. Given that most Qualtrics and 3rd-party API docs often provide curl commands, this can make web service setup much faster and easier.

XM Directory

  • 2 Step Opt-Out for XM Directory: There is now a 2-step process when recipients click the opt-out link within a Qualtrics distribution. This decreases accidental opt-outs caused by email scanning bots using unsubscribe links.

XM Platform

New Support Pages

  • Course Evaluations Overview: This new support page provides a basic overview of Course Evaluations. This feature allows you to create course evaluations for individual courses in your organization, and distribute these evaluations to students you upload into your directory.

  • Insight Explorer: An AI-powered tool that looks at your open-ended feedback to identify top themes, headlines, and helpful summaries.

  • Research Hub: Build your own searchable research library using data and insights from all users in your Qualtrics license. From this library you can search, create collections, and manage research.
