Support Site
- Qualtrics Support Site Redesign: The support site has been redesigned in all languages, including a brand new homepage showing recently updated pages, important highlights, and more.
All Dashboards
- Dashboard Data Freshness: Dashboards now show how recently each dataset was updated and when they will next be updated. This change is available for all dashboards, including CX, EX, and BX.
- Image Widget: The options for editing image widgets have been updated to a new, improved interface. This widget is available to all dashboards, including EX, CX, and BX.
Employee Experience
- Action Planning Usage Rate Widget: The action planning usage rate widget helps you understand how action planning is being utilized across your organization. This widget displays how many users have access to action planning and how many action plans they’ve created, broken out by your org hierarchy.
Strategy & Research
- Customizable Emails: You can now customize the invite and reminder emails that go out in your Moderated User Testing and In-Depth Interview projects.
Website / App Insights
- AI Summary for Session Replay: You can now generate a summary for each session when viewing sessions within Digital Assist. Summaries offer a quick overview of key behaviors and friction points, allowing you to understand user sessions more efficiently.
Workflows
- Workflow Versioning: When editing a workflow, your edits will be saved as a “Draft” version. This draft can be published and will become the new activated version of your workflow. If needed, you can view the old versions of your workflow and reactivate them to restore their functionality.
XM Directory
- AI Generated Segments: You can now enter a prompt and have AI generate an XM Directory segment for you.
- Segments & Lists Introductory Flow: The Segments & lists tab has an improved flow for users who haven’t made segments, lists, and/or samples yet. These improvements help guide you to the option that suits you best.

Features Starting On & After April 8, 2026
Admin
- Premium Interactions within Interaction Usage Report: “Sessions” and “Agent Engagements” will now be tracked in the Interaction Usage report within the Admin tab. These interaction types are add-ons, and will not automatically show up in the table. These interactions do not count toward storage.
Dashboards
- Number Chart Widget Migration: You can now automatically migrate legacy number chart widgets to the newest version of the widget within your dashboard.
- Removing Widgets: You can now remove widgets from your dashboard in bulk.
- Viewing Translated Dashboards: You can now quickly switch between translations from the dashboard itself. This change applies to all CX and EX Dashboards.
Panels
- Audiences Tab: The new Audiences tab allows you to create custom panel templates that you can reuse across projects and distributions.
Research Hub
- Research Recommendations and AI Summary: You will now see either research recommendations or an AI summary when searching in Research Hub. Recommendations will suggest opportunities for collecting more data, while the summary will provide an overview of your search results.
Workflows
- Task Delays: You can now delay when tasks within a workflow execute. This is separate from delaying an entire workflow’s start.
- Survey Response Event: The survey response event contains 2 new options that can be used for surveys conducted in multiple languages. These options are available after enabling “Resolve translations into another language” and they allow you to translate respondent-provided text into another language so you can leverage the translated text in other tasks in your workflow.
Omnichannel Listening
- Extracting Conversational Data from Files: You can now extract chat, email, and call transcripts from Amazon S3 and load them into Qualtrics, where they can be used in conversational analytics. SFTP also now supports call transcripts.
