- Sharing Insights: You can now download your insights to PDF and share them via email directly from Insights Explorer.
Library
- EX25 Certified Questions: Updated EX25 methodology questions are now available in the Employee Experience folder of the Certified Question Library. EX25 methodology was refreshed in 2025 to reflect the modern shift toward shorter, targeted listening. These questions are scientifically-validated, easily mapped to benchmarks, and translated into 13 languages.
- Translating Library Messages: The interface for translating library messages has been updated for accessibility and usability.
Online Panels
- Online Panels: The statuses for online panels have been updated to be consistent across all types of panels.
Workflows
- Updates to Single Contact Distributions: Using workflows, you can now easily distribute surveys via email or SMS to single contacts that have been added or updated within your directory. These contacts do not have to be within a mailing list.
