Customer Success Hub

  • Viewing Your Invoice in the Customer Success Hub: Primary and billing contacts can now view renewal invoices directly in the "Billing Details" section of the Customer Success Hub. If you have questions after reviewing your invoice, you can contact the Account Services team directly from the invoice page.

Engagement

Surveys

  • Contact List Triggers Deprecation: Legacy contact list triggers will be completely removed from the platform December 10. Instead, see our guide to contact list workflows, a similar feature with major improvements over triggers.

Features Starting On & After December 17, 2025

Surveys

  • Translate Comments with Amazon Translate: You can now choose between Google Translate and Amazon Translate when translating text responses in a survey.
  • Subscription Credits: Buy all the credits you need at once, instead of budgeting for many separate panel purchases. This new option is required to purchase our synthetic panels, but can be used with human panels, too.

Customer Experience

  • Coaching Recommendations: The Coaching Recommendations project type can be used to configure how coaching recommendations will be displayed within the Coaching tab of the Customer Care App. This tab displays contact center metrics and information about your agents. You can also create coaching plans for agents in your contact center. These plans are built with AI using your own conversational data.

Surveys

  • Synthetic Panels: Powered by a proprietary AI model developed here at Qualtrics, our first synthetic panel offering has been trained on thousands of responses in order to most accurately predict how a United States General Population panel would respond to surveys in English.
